The Superintendent
The course is maintained by Scott Reno, a veteran of greens management. Scott
started his career in 1980 at Jawbone Creek Golf Course in Harlowton, MT. He
soon moved up to Superintendent. Scott then worked at Highlands Golf Course in
Missoula, MT, eventually as the Superintendent. When his wife got a position in
Phoenix, AZ, Scott started over at Orange Tree Golf Course but soon was promoted to
Irrigation Specialist and then Assistant Superintendent. After a decision to
return to Montana, Scott started at Pine Meadows in the spring of 1997. Scott is
a member of Peaks & Prairies Golf Course Superintendents Association and the Golf
Course Superintendents Association of America.
