These loan policies were enacted by the Board of Directors at the November 2010 Board meeting. All previous loan policies are null and void as of November 9, 2010. Maximum aggregate loan limits shall be $70,000 per member. Another 1/2% discount will be given if the applicant has a beacon score of 700 or higher. Example of what a $10,000 loan would cost you:
3 years @ 4 1/2% is $704.16 = $10704.16
4 years 5% is $1032.65 = $11032.65
5 years 5 1/2 % is $1428.41 = $11428.41
6 years 6 % is $1875.51 = $11875.51
