Located along the Yellowstone river in southeastern Montana,
MARS RANCH specializes in breeding and marketing RED ANGUS CATTLE and HYPOALLERGENIC CURLY HORSES. Our cattle are sold by private treaty,
with bull sales beginning in early spring and females sold year round. Our Red Angus breeding program emphasizes small to moderate size females, feed efficiency, disposition and
longevity. We use our curly horses for working cattle, irrigating, 4-H, and trail riding. Curlies are
very versatile and are used in many disciplines such as dressage, endurance, driving, hunter/jumper and as therapeutic horses. The
hypoallergenic quality of these curlies has provided our family with an opportunity to have horses, since 2 family members have severe horse allergies. Breeding, training and selling our curlies allows
us to share that opportunity with other horse lovers with allergies.
