Coralanna of the Aquatics,
mother of Wave Jammer.

He could not remember her name, but he could remember that she had broken his heart. E'Mor's heart was unlike any of those that were around him. It was tender, special and soft to the touch especially if it was a beautiful woman. Now he could not remember her face or even her name just the pain that she had left him with. He remembered that he walked as if trying to walk off the pain. He walked until he came to a Clear Walls of Water. They were called that because the water was held back by clear sheets of thick glass. They lined just a small part of the city and most did not know why they were even there. Those of the old ways said they were for those that could swim and live in the water. Only a few have seen them, but E'Mor was not one of them.

He remembered that he felt his tears could fill the whole of these great walls. E'Mor walked up to the wall and placed his hands on it thinking is would be cold, but it was not. It was warm, and the water was almost clear. It was then a wave of pain in his heart for the woman he loved that had left him. It hit him hard. He placed his blind right side of his face against the wall and started to cry yet again, as like he had done most the previous days. He closed his left eye and prayed for the pain to stop with his hands and the right side of his face still pressed against the great of glass. He cried tears of his deepest hurt and betrayal.

It was the longest time before he realized something, it was a vibration like that of a gentle hum. His finger tips felt it first and then his face. E'Mor slowly pulled his face from the glass. His left eye was still closed, he turned and faced the glass. What he saw took his breath away.

He was looking into the biggest set of blue green eyes he had ever seen on a young lady. They were just inches away from him. Her webbed hands were placed over the top of his and that was the source of the vibration. Her skin was a pale green, her hair was a real light brown and pulled away from her pretty round face.

She cocked her head to one side as if to ask what he was so sad about. He placed his forehead to the glass and, with Power of the Royals, tried to touch her mind, but his mind was filled with sadness. She brought her long langy body close to the glass and E'Mor felt the pain of the lover's betrayal desolve. It was now being replaced by this gentle creature that has now swimmed into his days and many more there after. Her name was Coralanna and she was an Aquatic.

They did not stay together for polical reason, but it could have easily been so. Coralanna opened up a whole new world to E'Mor and thus to my people. A world that he knew exsisted, but could never get to. There was something familair about the Aquatics that struck him, but he could not place my finger on it. They must have been in the great scheme of things or the Clear Walls of Water would not have been built way before his or his father's time. They could easily not have been built, but they were there for a reason maybe this was it. The Aquatics could have easily faded off into legend, if it was for some that made others beleive that they were there. Coralanna was real to E'Mor and she was also real to his heart.

E'Mor never noticed that she was carring a child, it never showed. Than one day she came to court with this little bundle to show him. It was a baby. His hair was white with just a little dark and his skin had just a tint of green like her's. E'Mor asked to hold him and she could not give the baby to him fast enough. You could see the light red under her pale green cheeks and the pride in her large blue green eyes. E'Mor laid the baby on the table before Him. He gently unwrapped him, the baby started to wiggle around and then he started to cry a high pitch cry. He have never heard a child cry like this before. E'Mor swore the cry could have broken glass. Coralanna grabbed a pitcher a water and dumped it on her little baby and he calmed right down. All she could do was just smile at her sweet lover. The servants were not sure what to make of this. They were not sure if they should have stopped her or not. E'Mor told them to fitch several pitcher of water just in case he started to cry again.

E'Mor caught my breathe and turned his attention back to the baby. He was prefect with ten little webbed fingers and ten little webbed toes. E'Mor almost did not see it at first because he was wet, but he then did. Being the father a couple of boys it was bound to happen, it is not their fault. They were baby boys and it was natural. Coralanna was almost upset. Before she could snatch up her baby, E'Mor just simple placed a rag on him and let him finish. He just giggled a little high pitch giggle and E'Mor tickled his tummy, that always seem to help. After he was done E'Mor just simple placed the rag behind the table as if he was casting it away. He then bundled the baby back up and gave him back back to Coralanna. She took her little bundle of joy, gave E'Mor a nose kiss, headed for the door and the Clear Walls of Water. A couple of guards followed to make sure she got there alright.

E'Mor picked up the rag that he had cast off and took a walk to the Med Tech. By that night, he got the answer to the question he was wondering. That was his child, another boy and maybe another great link in the royal family. His royal family and the family that would be not anything like his father's.

For the longest time E'Mor did not know his name and seriously he did not think he had one. He took to calling him 'my little Jammer'. Coralanna added more to it and started to call him Wave Jammer. His time with him was short, so he made the best of it. E'Mor made sure he knew that he had a family on this side too. He was introduced to his elders and they got along well, for what could have been seen. When Jammer was getting more comfortable with his brothers, E'Mor noticed that he was seeing less and less of Coralanna. She just drifted out of his life as gently as she drifted in. E'Mor heard from Jammer that she might still be alive, but living free as she has always done. There are rare times that he ever missed her and now is one of them, but he can see her in the face of this beautiful being they had created.
