Illustrating Experience
I have illustrated exclusively for Cultural Resource Consulting firms, although I am willing to take on almost any illustrating job. I've illustrated hundreds of artifacts including projectile points, stone tools, ground stone, and ceramics. I illustrate historic artifacts such as bottles, bottle maker marks, cartridge casings, etc. I can illustrate faunal remains and fossils. I will also sell other artwork. I focus on wildlife, portraits, and homestead drawings in pencil or ink. For examples of my work, please look below. I have also included a projectile point chronology for the northwestern plains in this site.
Illustration Styles
In most of my illustrations I use a pointalism style (the style I adopted for all the illustrations I included with this site) in ink on mylar. For those who do not prefer this style I can also do simple line drawings in either ink or pencil.
