Makoshika State Park--11,500 acres of spectacular badlands, fossils, and wildlife. The Visitors Center boasts a triceratops skull found in 1991. Buzzard Day is an annual event. There are biking and hiking trails, camping, and park programs. The Lions' Youth Camp can be rented for reunions, retreats, or barbecues.
