Services is proud to offer on farm mare management to our breeders. We have
comfortable mare accommodations and
provide facilities that ensure the safety of your mare and foal. We can foal
your mare if desired and then
All breeding on the farm is by fresh semen through AI or live cover. All procedures are performed with the safest and most sanitary conditions possible and this encourages a higher number of pregnancies. Every mare bred on the farm is then taken to Dawson County Vet Service for conformation of pregnancy with ultrasound. There are many risks with rectal palpation of the mare and we leave that to our vet. If at any point in the breeding or foaling process we suspect an issue that requires your mare to need more assistance than we are able to provide we immediately try to contact you and give you the first chance to make the decisions that impact your mare. time. We feel that timing is the
key in this procedure and leave that up to our own reproductive specialist.
