Code of Conduct

 The Library and its services are available to all members of the public.  Any activity which interferes with the rights of other patrons to use the library, which could result in injury to oneself or others, or which could cause damage to the building, materials, or equipment is considered disruptive and unacceptable.  Disruptive behavior includes, but is not limited to:      

Anyone who engages in disruptive behavior is subject to removal from the building and/or restriction of library privileges.

If behavior is severe enough to warrant it, patrons may be asked to leave immediately, with no warnings.  If problem behavior does not improve, a minor’s parent or guardian will be contacted.

No smoking or alcoholic beverages are allowed in any area of the Library including the staff room.  Food and drink are permitted only in the staff room.  An exception will be made for special Library programming.
