Being ready means your written is passed, all flight training is complete, your CFI has recommended you for a check ride. All required entries are complete on IACRA.
It is possible to schedule a check ride on the day you call, so be ready.
Have your FTN when you call, as Phil will need it to be sure everything is correct.
