Self-Serve Instructions - Adding Calling Features to your Existing Phone Line

1. Visit www.midrivers.com

2. Select the eBill tab located on the upper right side of the web page and log in to your eBill with your e-mail address and eBill password. If you have not yet set up an eBill account, you can do so by clicking the "User Registration" link at the top of the eBill page.

3. Once you are logged into the eBill system, click on the Maintain Services tab.

 

4. To add features to your existing local telephone line select "Go" on your Telephone Account.

 

5. When the Telephone Plan & Features window appears select "Change" on Additional Features

 

6. Check the box for the individual features you would like to add to your existing telephone service and click "Submit."

7. The next window will give you the opportunity to review your account information as well as the telephone features you added. If the information is correct, click "Next."

 

8. Next, select the date you want your new telephone features activated and click "Submit."

 

9. You will receive an e-mail notification, at the e-mail address you entered when registering for eBill, stating that your request has been submitted and your services will be activated on the date you requested.
