A high-speed Internet connection gives you the ability to do more with your Internet services, like access the Internet on more than one computer and other devices throughout your household. Now Mid-Rivers can help you take advantage of these opportunities by setting up and supporting a wired or wireless network in your home or business.

  • Purchase your networking devices from Mid-Rivers and have us install them for you
  • Get comprehensive support for your network, whether you need to add additional devices or troubleshoot connection problems
  • Residential customers can subscribe to a monthly Network Support Plan to cover all your home network support needs. Whether you need network support over the phone or in your home, with the Network Support Plan our Technicians and Network Specialists can get your network back up and running at no additional costs
  • If you are a business customer, or choose not to subscribe to the monthly residential Network Support plan, network support is also available over the phone or at your location for a per incident fee.

Professional Network Installation for your Home or Business: Include Networking Installation when you sign up for Mid-Rivers High Speed Internet, Cable TV, or Telephone services and your Network Installation could be FREE!* Standalone network installations start at just $65. 

Network Support Plan: For only $6.95/month (RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS ONLY, Network Installation not included) you can insure your home network against additional charges for both remote and in-home technical support. Support for Business Networks is also available from Mid-Rivers - contact us for a quote.

Per Incident Support: Remote support $40 per half-hour (first half-hour FREE!); On-site support starting at just $65 per incident.

*The first half-hour of work to install a Network (wired or wireless) will be included in the Premise Visit and Service Order Charges for the standard Internet, Cable TV, or Telephone service install. Time beyond the first half-hour on the Network Install will be billed at $40 per half-hour.

All hourly labor rates quoted apply to NORMAL WORKING HOURS ONLYALL network support provided by Mid-Rivers staff outside of their normal working hours will be charged at $65 per incident plus $60 per half hour of labor beyond the first half hour.  Networking Support provided by Technical Assistance Center staff after 5PM or on weekends or holidays will be billed at standard rates (overtime rates will not apply unless Networking Specialists or Technicians need to be called out after-hours to provide Networking support). 

Mid-Rivers will not be responsible for the replacement or repair of any customer-owned equipment.
