Mid-Rivers Communications offers two low-income telephone assistance programs known as Lifeline and Link-Up. Mid-Rivers also offers toll blocking to prevent long distance calling from your telephone. As a participant in these Federal low-income programs, Mid-Rivers is also required by the FCC to provide notice of the Digital Television Transition to low-income customers and potential customers.
