Accessing Your Mailbox:

1. Dial the 7 digit assigned voice mailbox number, or your wireless phone number.
2. When your voice mail message starts, press the * (star) key.
3. Enter your pass code, followed by the # (pound) key. Your pass code will be a default code of "0000" until you change it.
4. You will hear the main menu options.

Set Up Your Sub-Mailbox:

1. Please contact Mid-Rivers Wireless to activate this feature.
2. Dial your seven-digit assigned voice mailbox number, or your wireless phone number.
3. When your voice mail message starts, press the * (star) key.
4. Enter your password, followed by the # (pound) key. Your password will be default code of "0000" until you change it.
5. Press the * (star) key to access the Group Greeting Menu. A voice prompt will guide you through these steps.

Accessing Your Sub-Mailbox

Dial your seven-digit assigned voice mailbox number, or your wireless phone number.
When you hear your greeting, enter your sub-mailbox ID number (1, 2, or 3).
When your voice mail message starts, press the * (star) key.
Enter your password, followed by the # (pound) key.
You will hear the main menu options.

Mailbox Set-Up:

To set up your mailbox, Press 9 from the main menu:

1. Press 1: Greeting options (you can disregard this step if you choose to use the default greeting)

1. Press 1: Play current greeting.
2. Press 4: Record your greeting.
3. Press #: End recording function.
4. Press 1: Listen to greeting.
5. Press 2: Save greeting. Greeting must be saved to be activated.
6. Press 3: Delete greeting.
7. Press 4: Re-record greeting. Then follow steps c through e again.
8. Press *: Return to mailbox set-up.
9. Press 0: To hear options again.

To change your pass code:

2. Press 2: Change your pass code.

1. Enter new pass code, followed by the # key.This pass code is any series of 4 to 16 digits you choose. You will be unable to access your mailbox without this pass code, so be sure to choose one that is easy for you to remember.
2. To verify, enter your pass code again, followed by the # (pound) key.
3. Press 3: Notification Options *.
4. Press 4: Auto Login Enable/Disable.
5. Press *: Return to main menu.
6. Press 0: To hear your options again.

To Retrieve Messages:

Message Retrieval Menu:

1. Press 1: New messages.
2. Press 2: Saved messages.
3. Press *: Return to main menu.

Listen to messages:

1. Press 1: Play or re-play message.
2. Press 2: Save message and go to next.
3. Press 3: Delete message and go to next.
4. Press 4: Save message as new.
5. Press 7: Skip back three seconds.
6. Press 8: Pause or continue message.
7. Press 9: Skip forward three seconds.
8. Press *: Return to main menu.
9. Press 0: To hear options again.
