Please call or visit your nearest Mid-Rivers Service Center to establish or make changes to your telephone service.
To enable us to process your order to establish phone service, we will need to know your complete address and how you want to be listed in the directory. We also need to know about your previous telephone service in your name and other credit information. We will ask for verifiable identification and a number where you can be reached either at work, or through a friend or relative until your service is established. An application, which includes an agreement to comply with and be bound by the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of Mid-Rivers, and any rules and regulations adapted by the Board of Trustees, must be signed.
NOTE: When connecting or reconnecting telephone service, you will be required to choose a long distance company for interLATA and intraLATA calls. For a selection of these companies, call (800) 452-2288 or send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Montana Universal Lifeline Telephone Service
This service is made available to all residential customers who meet eligibility rules. Customers meeting the eligibility rules are offered basic flat rate service at discounted rates. Contact your nearest Mid-Rivers Service Center for further information.
