SEASONAL CONSTRUCTION WORKER/SEASONAL COMBINATION TECHNICIAN No experience required, however must be able to be trained to operate construction equipment and perform construction duties/and or be able to be trained in the Outside Plant job duties (position requires that individual must live close enough to reporting location so that individual is able to respond in the time allotted) . DISPATCH & REPAIR TECHNICIAN - GLENDIVE, MT:
INTERNET SUPPORT/DISPATCH & REPAIR TECHNICIAN - GLENDIVE, MT: Are you looking for a career with a technology company that provides good working conditions and a chance for advancement? CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/COLLECTIONS - REPORTING LOCATION TBD
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/COLLECTIONS: Performs the collection of all live and final bills as they become due. Following collection procedures and polices the representative will collect all past due accounts and have the responsibility for having all accounts written off if they are finalized. Generates service orders in a clear, concise and accurate manner. Frequent interaction with subscribers. Recommended minimum entrance requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent and/or equivalent work experience. Typing skills and computer skills are mandatory. Two (2) years of experience in a telecommunications billing service center is desired but not required. Must be able upon hiring to obtain a valid Montana Driver’s License. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - SIDNEY, MT
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (SIDNEY, MT): The Customer Services Representative (CSR) is the primary point of contact for handling the needs of Mid-Rivers Telephone Cooperative, Inc. and Cable & Cellular Communications, LLC (d.b.a. “Mid-Rivers Communications”) customers in the company’s business offices, over the phone, at company events and via other media utilized by customers now and in the future (email, online, etc.). The CSR listens to customer’s needs and accurately presents solutions, products and services to meet those needs. The CSR guides customers through the sales and sign-up process, accurately and efficiently completing all required paperwork, processing the customers’ telecommunications service requests, and establishing and maintaining telecommunications records. The CSR communicates with other employees and departments as necessary to provide resolution to customer concerns, including problems/questions with subscriber billing, service problems and other reported issues or concerns. Recommended minimum entrance requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent and/or equivalent work experience. Typing skills and computer skills are mandatory. Two (2) years of experience in a telecommunications billing service center is desired but not required. Must be able upon hiring to obtain a valid Montana Driver’s License. COMBINATION TECHNICIAN – SIDNEY, MT (2): Position requires that individual must live close enough to reporting location so that individual is able to respond to emergencies promptly.
