SEASONAL CONSTRUCTION WORKER/SEASONAL COMBINATION TECHNICIAN
No experience required, however must be able to be trained to operate construction equipment and perform construction duties/and or be able to be trained in the Outside Plant job duties (position requires that individual must live close enough to reporting location so that individual is able to respond in the time allotted) . DISPATCH & REPAIR TECHNICIAN - GLENDIVE, MT

CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE - SIDNEY, MT & MILES CITY, MT
Minimum entrance requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent. Typing and computer skills are mandatory. Two years of experience in a telecommunications billing service center is desired but not required. Must possess excellent customer service and telephone skills and be able to interact with members/customers and fellow employees. Must be able to operate general office machines, including but not limited to typewriters, personal computers, calculators, etc. Successful applicant will perform duties relating to the processing of telephone subscriber service requests and the establishment and maintenance of associated records. Must have or be able to obtain a valid Montana Driver’s License. Keyboarding and 10-key test is required (please contact your local Job Service to schedule appointment for testing). Position(s) will remain open until filled.

COMBINATION TECHNICIAN - ( 1 POSITION IN EKALAKA/BAKER, MT; 1 POSITION IN GLENDIVE, MT; 1 POSITION IN SIDNEY, MT):
Position requires that individual must live close enough to reporting location so that individual is able to respond to emergencies promptly. Two years of telecommunications experience is preferred. Background in CATV is desired. Candidates should have excellent communications and organizational skills, computer skills, a stable work history and the desire to work in a team environment. Must be able to obtain a valid Montana Driver’s License and a Commercial Driver’s License for the operation of heavy trucks and commercial vehicles or equipment. COE TECHNICIAN - REPORTING LOCATION TO BE DETERMINED
COE TECHNICIAN – REPORTING LOCATION TO BE DETERMINED (position requires that individual must live close enough to reporting location so that individual is able to respond in the time allotted). Mid-Rivers Communications, a diverse provider of telecommunications services to a large area of central and eastern Montana is seeking a motivated individual to fill a telecommunications technician position. An applicant with an Associates Degree in electronics is preferred but not required. It is desirable to have a working knowledge of digital central office equipment. A working knowledge of fiber optic equipment along with a working knowledge of softswitch operation and IP/Data networking experience is desired. It is also desirable to have a thorough knowledge of the fundamentals of electricity (AC and DC) and a good understanding of digital theory. Due to our diverse service offering, a strong working knowledge of CATV headends and plant distribution equipment coupled with cable modem and internet operation over a coaxial network, cellular switching, radio access network (RAN) operation and microwave radio would be beneficial.
