SPECIAL CIRCUITS COORDINATOR – GLENDIVE, MT: The primary function is to assist in the administration and engineering design and specifications for all special circuits, TLS, Ethernet transmission and associated facilities and records. For (4) years of telephone company experience providing general familiarity in a Special Circuits Engineering capacity. An Associated Bachelor Degree in Electronics is preferred. SALES AND MARKETING ANALYST - GLENDIVE, MT Professional career opportunity in the fast-paced telecommunications industry working for a progressive local company. Mid-Rivers Sales and Marketing Analysts are the face of Mid-Rivers in their local communities, representing the company through contacts with all area business customers, residential customer visits, and public relations events. Responsible for developing marketing and sales plans, initiating sales contacts and finalizing sales of all Mid-Rivers products and services, and for customer care following the sale. Also assists in the research and development of new products and services. Minimum entrance requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in marketing is preferred but not required. Previous sales and marketing or public relations experience is desirable. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - BAKER, MT
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (BAKER, MT): The Customer Services Representative (CSR) is the primary point of contact for handling the needs of Mid-Rivers Telephone Cooperative, Inc. and Cable & Cellular Communications, LLC (d.b.a. “Mid-Rivers Communications”) customers in the company’s business offices, over the phone, at company events and via other media utilized by customers now and in the future (email, online, etc.). The CSR listens to customer’s needs and accurately presents solutions, products and services to meet those needs. The CSR guides customers through the sales and sign-up process, accurately and efficiently completing all required paperwork, processing the customers’ telecommunications service requests, and establishing and maintaining telecommunications records. The CSR communicates with other employees and departments as necessary to provide resolution to customer concerns, including problems/questions with subscriber billing, service problems and other reported issues or concerns. Recommended minimum entrance requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent and/or equivalent work experience. Typing skills and computer skills are mandatory. Two (2) years of experience in a telecommunications billing service center is desired but not required. Must be able upon hiring to obtain a valid Montana Driver’s License. COE TECHNICIAN - CIRCLE, MT

Mid-Rivers Communications, a diverse provider of telecommunications services to a large area of central and eastern Montana is seeking a motivated individual to fill a telecommunications technician position. An applicant with an Associates Degree in electronics is preferred but not required. It is desirable to have a working knowledge of digital central office equipment. A working knowledge of fiber optic equipment along with a working knowledge of softswitch operation and IP/Data networking experience is desired. It is also desirable to have a thorough knowledge of the fundamentals of electricity (AC and DC) and a good understanding of digital theory. Due to our diverse service offering, a strong working knowledge of CATV headends and plant distribution equipment coupled with cable modem and internet operation over a coaxial network, cellular switching, radio access network (RAN) operation and microwave radio would be beneficial.
