The SmartHub system offers an up-to-date interface that allows you to better connect with Mid-Rivers for much more than just viewing or paying your bill. SmartHub is also a free mobile app, bringing all of these features to your smartphone or tablet.
Use SmartHub on your PC, Mac or mobile device to manage your Mid-Rivers Communications accounts, pay your bill, enable paperless billing, and easily communicate with Mid-Rivers through e-mail, text and voice. Through SmartHub, YOU decide how you want to communicate with Mid-Rivers and what types of alerts you would like to receive from us, and you can connect with us through social media such as Facebook and Twitter. You can even submit a Trouble Ticket for service problems or outages through SmartHub.
Download the mobile SmartHub application from Google Play or the App Store, or use the application on your PC or Mac by going to https://midrivers.smarthub.coop/.
If you are not currently signed up for SmartHub, you can click the “New User” link or contact Mid-Rivers firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-800-452-2288 to sign up and begin using SmartHub today.
Once you have successfully logged in to SmartHub, you will see the account interface, with helpful “Quick Links” to the left and a useful Account Overview of your current accounts:
The SmartHub PC interface includes links to download the mobile apps through the App Store (for Apple devices such as iPads, iPod or iPhones) or Google Play (for Android devices), or you can simply search for “SmartHub” in the App Store or Google Play right from your mobile device to download the app.
