Mid-Rivers Wireless can offer its customers a Direct Payment Plan in which you can authorize an automatic deduction of your monthly bill from your checking or savings account.

How the Direct Payment Plan Works

Click the link below to fill out the "Authorization For Direct Payment" form. Your monthly bill will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. The electronic deduction will occur on the same day of each month, as indicated on the "Customer Information Receipt" that will be returned to you (click on the link below).

The authorization you give to charge your bank account will remain in effect until you notify us in writing to terminate the authorization.

You will continue to receive a Mid-Rivers Wireless billing statement. Your electronic payment will be indicated on the bill.

Please complete the authorization form, click on the link below, print it out; attach a voided check and return it to a local Mid-Rivers office to take advantage of this convenient Direct Payment Plan.
