Schools with ITV sites that are part of the Eastern Montana Education Telecommunications (EMET) Network should first consult the EMET Scheduler, Vicky Crofutt, at (406) 874-6222 or CrofuttV@milescc.edu, with any technical issues. 

A Mid-Rivers technician or other representative will be on-site for any video conferences held at Mid-Rivers office locations. If for some reason this person is not available should problems occur with your conference, a live representative with our Technical Assistance Center is available 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week at 1-800-452-2288.
