Do I qualify for high-speed Internet service? (High-Speed Internet is subject to some distance and service limitations.)
- DSL Internet Access
This service uses Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) technology to carry data at high speeds over a standard copper telephone line. DSL can only be provided in a three-mile radius around each town's Mid-Rivers Central Office location. DSL is only available through a Mid-Rivers telephone line. Mid-Rivers does not provide DSL service over a competitor's telephone line.
- Mega SpeedTM Internet Access
High-speed access is delivered to your computer using cable television line (coaxial cable) instead of a telephone line (copper cable). Mid-Rivers Mega SpeedTM is available in Glendive, Lewistown, Miles City, Sidney, and Fairview, MT.
- Extended Range DSL Internet Access
This extended range service uses advanced DSL technology to provide high-speed data communications to locations up to 15 miles from a Mid-Rivers Central Office. Using specialized equipment, both voice and high-speed data signals are transmitted over a standard copper telephone line to the subscriber's residence.
